3.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the sm77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identification documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sm77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of multi-account activity.
3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. sm77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
3.5 KYC Verification. sm77 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes: Philippine Passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, and PRC ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. sm77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify sm77 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
4.3 Account Accuracy. It is your obligation to keep your Account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or bank details must be reported to sm77 support with appropriate verification.
4.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your sm77 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person. Use of your Account by any other person is a violation of these Terms.
Important: sm77 will never ask you for your password, GCash PIN, or OTP via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt. Report it to sm77 support immediately.
5.1 Accepted Methods. sm77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available at sm77's discretion and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
5.3 Deposit Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is prohibited. sm77 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds.
5.5 Deposit Fees. sm77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. sm77 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending investigation. sm77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. sm77 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification at any time.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on standard accounts; VIP account withdrawal limits are subject to separate VIP terms.
6.3 Processing Times. sm77 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: GCash — under 5 minutes; PayMaya — under 5 minutes; BPI / BDO / Metrobank — within 1 to 3 hours. These are target timeframes and not guarantees; delays may occur due to bank processing windows, network issues, or security reviews.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees. sm77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by receiving payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
6.5 Same-Method Policy. Where practicable, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. sm77 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified account in the Player's own name.
6.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from the unmet bonus amount. See Section 7 for full Bonus Terms.
Segregated Funds: Player Wallet balances are held in accounts segregated from sm77's operational funds. Your balance is available for withdrawal at any time regardless of sm77's financial position, subject to identity verification requirements.
7.1 General. sm77 may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the conditions stated in the relevant promotion. sm77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline bonus applications that do not meet stated criteria.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated, Players may claim each promotion only once. Claiming a promotion multiple times through separate accounts constitutes multi-accounting and is a violation of these Terms.
7.5 Expiry. All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be forfeited without notice.
7.6 Abuse. sm77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has abused a promotion, engaged in bonus abuse strategies, or acted in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer.
8.1 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on the sm77 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by sm77 or any Player.
8.2 Published RTP. Return to Player (RTP) figures displayed for each game are developer-certified theoretical values and represent the expected percentage of wagered funds returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results may differ materially from published RTP values.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules, procedures, and outcomes of live games are governed by the respective studio's published game rules. sm77 facilitates access to these games but does not operate the live studios directly.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game results, sm77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. The decision of sm77's technical team regarding malfunction events is final.
8.5 Disputed Outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with sm77 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. sm77 will review available game logs and render a decision. The decision is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sm77 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 sm77's Right to Suspend. sm77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, regulatory risk, or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform or other Players.
10.2 Account Closure by Player. Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting sm77 support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification.
10.3 Balance Forfeiture. If an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, sm77 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. sm77 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before any administrative action is taken on inactive accounts.
11.1 21+ Requirement. sm77 operates exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

11.3 Self-Exclusion Processing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. During the exclusion period, the Player's Account will be restricted from accessing games, accepting deposits, and receiving promotional communications. 12.2 Limited Licence. sm77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights to Platform content.
12.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without sm77's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
13.1 Platform Availability. sm77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. sm77 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from gambling outcomes.
13.3 Maximum Liability. sm77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by the Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
13.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Losses incurred through normal gameplay are not recoverable from sm77. By using the Platform, you accept sole responsibility for any financial consequences arising from your gambling activity.
sm77's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the sm77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. 15.1 Right to Amend. sm77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication to sm77.one with an updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
15.2 Notice. sm77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material amendments via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the sm77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through sm77's customer support process. Disputes not resolved through this process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.3 Complaints. Formal complaints may be submitted to sm77 in writing via the support email address. sm77 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. For complaints involving responsible gaming matters, responses will be prioritised.
